Chris Cude joined the firm in June 2018 and focuses his practice on complex construction-defect matters, premises liability, and personal-injury litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Chris gained valuable legal experience in the pharmaceutical litigation group with national law firm, Baron & Budd. He represents clients in the transportation, hospitality, product-manufacturing, and construction industries, and has handled matters through every stage of litigation, including trying a variety of civil cases as first chair.

Chris has obtained favorable results for clients at trial, on appeal, and through dispositive motion practice, including and summary judgments and dismissals in wrongful-death, personal-injury, construction, premises-liability, dram-shop, negligence, and defamation litigation.

Chris received his B.A. in Business Administration from Baylor University and his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. His practice is grounded in a relationship-driven approach: he works closely with clients to understand their business, priorities, and practical concerns in pursuit of favorable and efficient outcomes.

Outside of work, Chris is an avid golfer and active member of Northway Church, alongside his wife and growing family.
